My Orders

Where is my order?

When we shipped your order, you should have received an email containing your FedEx tracking number. Or, check in My Account under My Orders for the tracking number. Click on it or enter it here http://www.fedex.com/us/ to track your order.

My tracking link shows my package has been delivered but I have not received my order.

My package is missing or is being returned to Simply Natural Living.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Orders placed before 3pm EST that day may be cancelled by calling a Customer Service specialist at 844-9-SIMPLY (844-974-6759).

My Returns

What is your return policy and how do I return an item?

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Please log in to My Account and click on My Returns in the left column. Then click on the red Request New Return button. You may also call customer service to request an RMA.

Please return any unopened, unused items within 30 days from your purchase date to:

With your returned items, please include your name, email address, order number and RMA. You can expect to receive an email notifying you of receipt of your return, along with a refund or store credit for the cost paid for your returned items.

Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, digital downloads, gift cards or final sale items are not eligible for return.

What is the status of my refund?

You can expect to receive an email notifying you of receipt of your return, along with a refund or store credit for the cost paid for your returned items. To check the status online, go to My Account > My Returns

Shipping

Who is shipping my order?

Simply Natural Living uses FedEx to ship all domestic U.S. orders.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $49 ship free! Orders under $49 ship with a flat $14.95 fee for shipping and handling.

What locations do you ship to?

Currently, Simply Natural Living only ships to the domestic United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We hope to be adding all U.S. states plus Canada in the near future

What is My Dashboard?

After you login, you will be at My Dashboard, where you can see an overview of your account information – Recent Orders, Account Information with your contact information, Address Book with your billing and shipping addresses.

How can I edit my account information?

Login to your account and select Account Information from the left side menu.

Store Credit

What is Store Credit?

You can receive Store Credit at Simply Natural Living either through receiving and redeeming a gift certificate or choosing Store Credit for returned merchandise.

Where can I view my balance?

After login, go to Store Credit and you will see your balance and your transaction history

How do I use my Store Credit?

When you check out, you will see the Store Credit option in addition to other methods of payment.

My Reward Points

What are Reward Points?

Keep an eye out for various Simply Natural Living promotions and products where you can earn Rewards Points on your purchases, by leaving product reviews or even by referring a friend. Reward Points can be used towards any future order and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

What is the store value for Reward Points?

10 Reward Points is the equivalent of $1.00.

My Referrals

So I can earn Rewards Points by referring my friends and family?

Absolutely! Login to your account and select My Referrals on the left side menu. Then you can just share your Simply Natural Living Experience on Facebook, Twitter or Google+, or email up to 5 contacts at one time. You’ll earn 10 points for every referral you make!

My Wish List

What can I do with My Wish List?

If you are shopping and want to make your purchases later, just click on the heart icon next to the Add To Cart button to add them to your Wish List. Then go to Your Account, select My Wishlist and you can Add All To Cart or Share Wishlist with others.

What are your Customer Service hours?

We staff our phone and Live Chat customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our customer service specialists will do their best to help you immediately – and if there are questions or issues they can’t resolve; senior management will get back to you with 24 – 48 business hours.
